In 2013, we launched Hoxton Bakehouse in a small space in Hampshire. With big dreams and an old oven that needed repairs, we set out to focus on the art of bread baking, aiming to make delicious bread accessible to as many people as possible. Starting with limited resources and a small credit card loan, we have since expanded our operations and now bake over 1 million loaves and pastries each year. We believe this is just the beginning of our journey.
