When you place an order through this website, your basket and payment are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. Your order is an offer to buy from us; a contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment.

Many of our products are baked to order or available for pre-order. Availability, bake days and collection or delivery slots are shown on the product pages and may change at short notice — if we can't fulfil your order we'll let you know and refund you in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Please collect pre-orders at the time and location you selected. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we can't guarantee quality on orders collected late, and we may not be able to offer a refund for uncollected orders.

Where delivery is offered, we'll do our best to get your order to you within the stated window, but timings are estimates and can't be guaranteed.

Our bakery handles gluten, nuts, sesame, milk, eggs and other allergens. While we take care, we can't guarantee any product is free from traces of allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

If something isn't right with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where relevant, a photo. We'll replace or refund items that arrive damaged or aren't as described.

Because our goods are fresh and perishable, the usual 14-day cancellation right for distance selling doesn't apply once baking has begun. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
