SOURDOUGH

Each loaf is made only with flour, water, and salt. The classic preparation includes a natural sourdough starter made from flour and water. Available whole or sliced. We use a selection of flours from both Shipton mill and Wildfarmed, some organic and some not No gluten-free options to avoid potential contamination from gluten in the bakery

Country loaf: 95% White bread flour, 5% wholewheat

Wholewheat: 60% White bread flour, 40% wholwehat

Seeded wheat: 70% white bread flour, 30% wholewheat, 30% seed

Pain rustique: 95% white bread flour, 5% wholewheat

Olive Tordu: 100% White bread flour, 30% Kalamat olives

Einkorn ( Ancient grain ):
