Inside Hoxton's bakery, with bakers at work, racks of proving baskets and the words Made with love, made by hand

Our bakery

Made with love. Made by hand.

Since day one

Times have changed. Life has changed. But our bakery, and the way we make things, remains the same as the day we started.

Made with love. Made by hand. Made with real ingredients and skilled baker hands.

Inside the bakehouse

Good bread takes time.

Our bakery is where it all begins: slow-fermented sourdough, loaves shaped by hand and croissants laminated by our bakers. Every bake reflects the same belief — made with love, made by hand.

Hoxton Bakehouse began in a small space in Hampshire in 2013. Founded by chefs Darren Bland and Florence Hellier, we set out to make delicious bread accessible to as many people as possible.

From the first loaf to the pastries in our shops, our focus stays on the craft of baking. Long, natural fermentation brings flavour to our sourdough; careful shaping and lamination bring each loaf and pastry to life.
