Offshore is our exclusive house coffee, specifically sourced and roasted for our sister company Hoxton Bakehouse. Offshore is a naturally processed Catuai from Fazenda Serra Negra, Brazil. Grown at 1,052 m.a.s.l. and is produced by Itagiba Ferreira Cortes Neto.

Located in the heart of the municipality of Patrocínio in the state of Minas Gerais. Patrocínio is one of the most important coffee-producing municipalities in Brazil; about 78% of the economy is linked to coffee growing, employing more than 30,000 people. 

This is our third year of buying coffee from Fazenda Serra Negra, something we’re extremely proud of, and we hope to keep purchasing coffee from Serra Negra in the coming years. 

In the cup, you can expect low acidity, a big body, heaps of milk chocolate, nuts, caramel and biscuits.
